Problem Note 33702: Websphere messaging Bus security errors might occur when you deploy SAS® Information Delivery Portal

The following error messages might occur when you deploy SAS Information Delivery Portal to Websphere Application Server and WebSphere Bus Security is enabled.

Could not refresh JMS Connection - retrying in 5000 ms: javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: CWSIA0006E: The authorization for the supplied user name was not successful.

Could not refresh JMS Connection - retrying in 5000 ms: javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: CWSIA0006E: The authorization for the supplied user name was not successful.
To avoid this problem, disable Bus Security for the SAS Messaging Bus. Disable the Bus Security by performing the following steps:
- Open Websphere Administation Console.
- Select Service Integration ► Buses.
- Select SAS Messaging Bus.
- Verify that Enable Bus Security is unchecked.
